Here’s my favourite juice creation, just the right balance between fruit and vegetable.  It’s the perfect way to start the day.

Description

Ginger has too many qualities to mention but mainly, it’s very anti inflammatory and anti oxidant. Celery is an excellent source of Vitamin K and beetroot / spinach are a great source of Folate.

Prep: 5 minutes (tops).  

Serves: 2.


Ingredients

1 inch piece of ginger

1/2 a lime

1 medium sized beetroot (quartered)

1 cup spinach

1 carrot

4 stalks of celery

1/2 cucumber (halved lengthways)

2 juicing apples (quartered)


Method

Juice all the above ingredients in the order they’re listed above.
