Katherine helped me to fill my shopping basket with tasty alternatives to my usual whole-wheat bread and pasta (we found some delicious GF seeded loaves), but most importantly, she opened my eyes to new and delicious lunches and snacks. Replacing my bread roll with some new potatoes or eating some avocado with my poached eggs, made me feel so much more energised.
