Very Berry Smoothie
6 ingredients
This is a very easy way to get some more goodness into you or your family. It’s very rich in antioxidants which are important for our health. You get some healthy fats from your avocado, some potassium in the coconut water and some extra fibre from the date.
Ingredients
½ avocado
1 cup full frozen mixed berries
1 frozen banana
1 date
2 cups coconut water (or regular water / milk if preferred)
1 tsp acai berry powder (I love this stuff – it’s a potent antioxidant!)
Directions
Put all ingredients together in your blender and mix. Voila!
