Trail Mix

The only way to stop yourself reaching for the digestives is to have some healthy and accessible alternatives in the house. This trail mix is a great one as its quick and easy to prepare and contains lots of goodness! Guilt free snacking at its best.
Ingredients
1 cup walnuts
1 cup cashews
1 cup of sunflower and pumpkin seeds mixed
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Toast the nuts for 10 mins at 170 degrees Celsius shaking half way through.
Add to a bowl with all the other ingredients and mix.
Put in airtight Kilner jar.
Grab a handful for a delicious but healthy snack!
